Hi, let me introduce myself,

I am Lorena Ulloa, I am an experienced, certified yoga teacher living around the world.

As a private yoga instructor, I am dedicated to help my students at every level to deepen their knowledge and develop their own yoga practice. My teaching style combines kundalini and vinyasa yoga with breathing exercises designed to strengthen, recharge, relax and energize the body. I also teach Kundalini, Prenatal, Restorative, Gentle, Integral and Kids yoga. I personally benefit from a daily yoga and meditation practice.
